At The Resiliency Centre, we believe in the transformative power of resilience. Located in the heart of Lahore, we are a multidisciplinary center dedicated to providing expert services in Speech and Language Pathology, Child Psychology, and Developmental Support. Our mission is to empower children, individuals, and families to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and thrive in their personal and social lives.
Whether it’s addressing developmental delays, speech disorders, behavioral concerns, or parental challenges, we are here to guide and support you every step of the way.

She has supporting children living below the poverty line and those with special needs. She has organized various events for children’s growth, including animal rights campaigns and activities like building birdhouses. Additionally, she has submitted proposals for quality education projects in her native district in Azad Kashmir.
Global Contributions and Writing.
Globally, Mehwish has served as a Global Goals Ambassador with the Counseling and Development Network in Islamabad. She is also an accomplished author, having written A Journey of Self-Discovery: Linking with Allah Almighty for Peace and Happiness (Alif and Human Being – Inside Out). She has further addressed critical issues such as the Palestine conflict through dialogues and letters, including a notable dialogue between a Jew and a Muslim student and a letter to the Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir on reforms.
Islamic and Spiritual Pursuits
Mehwish’s Islamic and spiritual pursuits include studying the Quran and Hadith under Ustaza Ayesha Khalid’s Islamic Studies Network (USA). She integrates psychology and Islamic principles to develop a deeper understanding of human behavior and concepts.
Future plans
Mehwish’s mission is to empower individuals facing mental health, speech, and language challenges while inspiring them to achieve greatness. Launching online platforms for wider access to speech therapy and coaching services.
Expanding outreach programs to remote areas to support children and families who lack access to developmental resources.
Her goals include advocating for early literacy by conducting training sessions on effective teaching and intervention methods, promoting social activism through global peace projects, and encouraging kindness toward animals and nature through campaigns
Partnering with schools, NGOs, and mental health organizations to create comprehensive community support systems for children.
Developing training programs for educators and caregivers to enhance early childhood education and inclusive teaching methods. Expansion of workshops for professionals and educators.
